New aid for the self-employed Don’t know if you are entitled to aid from the Generalitat? Use the assistant

Last Friday, the Generalitat Valenciana approved a decree on complementary aid for the self-employed who meet the condition of being beneficiaries of the COVID-19 cessation of activity benefit.

The decree was published on Monday 9 February, approving the rules governing the direct granting of this urgent aid to supplement the Social Security benefit.

The aid forms part of the Resist Plan, which has a total amount of 108 million euros.

The aid envisaged for self-employed or self-employed workers is as follows:

– A maximum of 300 euros per beneficiary of the extraordinary termination of activity benefit associated with COVID-19, if it has occurred during the months of January and February 2021.

– A maximum of 150 euros per beneficiary of the COVID-19 extraordinary termination of activity benefit, if it was paid during the month of January or February 2021.

The submission of applications and accompanying documentation will begin at 09.00 hours on 15 February 2021 and will end at 23.59 hours on 28 February 2021.
